    Love it…but runs Large.

I recommend sizing down one size. I'm usually a large but would be a medium in this shirt.

If I'm usually a Large for the shoulder size and sleeve length, would a Medium fit me?
I'm 6'0", 190 lbs., 34" waist, jacket size in suits is 42-44. I include the waist size as usually size Large has enough room in the gut for really big waists. I bought a Pendleton fitted trail shirt and Pendleton Lodge shirt. The difference in waist size is huge, even though the shoulders and sleeves are identical, as far as I can tell.

(As you're an employee, can you say something to the manufacturer reps? I don't understand why they make large shirts only for really fat guys. I'm neither very slim nor very muscular. I just don't have a huge gut, so Large fits like a tent. The ideal size for me would be Large in the shoulders and sleeves, Medium in the waist. When I'm out on the trail, I'm not unusual. And there are lots of 5'11" to 6'2" guys who weigh less than me. A Large on them is even worse.)

      Heavy/Warm Shirt

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: Runs large

Can be a bit stiff when you first get it, but after a few wash cycles, it softens up... super comfortable and warm, but do not buy if you don't like heavy shirts...
