Best bag I have ever have

I can't leave with it and I can't be more happy! I have use my bag everyday for the last 4 years, for cycling to work, climbing, travelling and of course for many adventures! I do have re-waxed it a couple of times and care for it, as minor holes are obviously happening but nothing that can't be fixed to extend the life of this fantastic bag!

Beautiful pack with one weakpoint

Mine has lasted 3 years and I adore it and had many adventures together! I'm really sad that it's finally starting to wear out. As others have said, the area where the base meets the back wears through and the fabric thins to the point of ripping. I'm going to try and patch mine to keep it going, but it will be retired from daily use. If Fjallraven were to reinforce this area with harder wearing fabric it would last a lifetime. I love everything else about it! (also Fjallraven, if you're reading this please also add a bit more padding to the base of the laptop sleeve, the protection is fine but not excellent)

Loving it!

I love this backpack, I have it for a year. It is spacious, waterproof and very comfortable. I carry my laptop and basic staff to the office and I am super happy with it each day.

Nice and light rucksack

I bought this rucksack (Dusk colour) a few weeks ago for my everyday commute and I’m very happy with it. It fits well, good quality and lives up to my expectations for this kind of bag.

Looks good, but the quality is beyond poor

Bought the black version of this rucksack in 2019. Ended up still using my old rucksack as I found it too small for my everyday commute. This means I used it maybe once every two weeks on average, if at all. A few days ago I noticed that the seam that connects the bottom with the back has completely teared, which makes the rucksack unusable as the bottom is now wide open. I was never carrying heavy items in it. This simply can't happen after three years of less than average use considering the price. Rain water also easily collects on the top of the rucksack, sinking into the top pocket, as the top automatically shapes itself like a dent. Not great when hiking. The only time this doesn't happen is when the rucksack is overpacked to the very top, but then it's uncomfortable to wear due to the badly distributed weight. It's a very good looking rucksack, but I can really not recommend it unfortunately.

Poor design

I'm on my second Greenland Top bag now, and the same has happened to this one that happened to the first: the back bottom seem has worn completely through. This is caused by the seem rubbing against the wearer's back. The seem needs to be moved or eliminated altogether. Otherwise it's a great bag, spoilt by one fatal flaw. It's undoubtedly okay for very occasional use, but if you can't use it everyday expect it to last under a year.

Perfect climbing and travel bag

I recently got this bag in Chestnut and it is so pretty. I really like the way the brown looks with the leather logo cause they compliment each other really well. I typically use it for my climbing gear going to and from the gym and it's perfect because its got the top-loading drawstring going on at the top so you can throw all your stuff in then just kinda can shut the top on it. It fits a good amount of stuff and the material is durable so I feel confident taking it to crags for outdoor climbing without harming the material if it bumps into anything. I also used it for traveling recently and it was great for under my seat on the plane. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect EDC bag! I have tried many, but I love everything about this backpack. It?s water resistant, perfect size for my day at work. Easy to get in and out of, just enough pockets, and extremely durable material.

I purchased this to tote to the beach from the boat. It was perfect and kept all my weekend clothes dry despite jumping off a boat and wading through water. It gods a surprising amount of stuff! Side pockets for my sunscreen and flip flops. Zippered parts for security items. Get it an be happy too!!

Ideal for day trips and commuting

I use this everyday for work, my tablet and laptop fit perfectly on the interior sleeve, with still plenty of room for everything else I need to take. I often take this shopping and it'll comfortably fit most of my weekly shop in there, with only a need for one bag for life for the larger items. Regarding the other pockets, it fits my water bottle and thermos snuggly in each side pocket. The top pocket is great for miscellaneous wires and my portable charger. The front sleeve pocket I only really use to keep a bag for life in; however I'm sure I'll find more use for it.
