I wear these all the time on outdoor adventures! They got me through the BWCA! The only pants I needed to bring. They dry fast and are very comfortable! They are good for climbing up and down rocks! I can't wait to get a different pair. Not needed.... just for fashion sense on the trail;) Also waiting for a petite version! It works well enough for my height.

So hard to return these because they are lovely---but the waistband was very tight, yet they were loose in the rear on me and for the knee patches to land on my actual knee instead of above my knees, I had to kinda sag them a little, which is not a good look for leggings. I have a very long and lean build, for a woman with the correct dimensions these are surely awesome with awesome pockets! I would have had to roll the waist to take the slack out of the butt and that would have made the waistband pocket unusable. I could also see the potential for the camel toe issue another user mentioned if the wearer did not go to some lengths to make sure the pants were pulled down enough to wear somewhat loose in the crotch lolol

I was so excited and had saved up to buy these. I looked so long for great hiking pants and these were it! Expect when I put these on, the WORST camel toe appears. The crotch of these does not have the triangle section in most leggings that prevent this. No matter what undies I wore or stance I stood or how high I hiked them - you could tell. Maybe it's my small butt that didn't fill out the leggings, but I was too self-conscious to wear these. Hopefully another pair will come around soon. Besides the terrible toe, the pockets are great. Fabric is on point - thick for durability but still breathable. Just walking around the house they stayed in place well.

This tight is amazing. I have worn them backpacking, canoeing, rock climbing and as a lifestyle tight. The trekking tights are my fav for the outdoors because the reinforcements in the knees and butt hold up incredibly well against all the elements. I never have to worry about holes or tears and they dry super quick! These tights are super comfy, flattering and the mid-rise waist band is perfect- I don't have to keep pulling them up all day.

The do anything tight, I love these! I find myself living in these during camping/hiking/climbing weekends. I specially love the reinforcement on the knees and tush: where I've had other tights wear too fast, but the comfort level is insane. Do not hesitate on this purchase.

My years of searching for the perfect trekking pants for multi-season backpacking and mountaineering adventures has come to end, because I found these! Thoughtfully designed side pockets and high waistband, along with some sort of miracle stretch fabric that's both warm and cool. Love the fortified, rugged reinforced butt and knees. Hike, climb all day and keep them on back in basecamp as a base layer. These do it all: utilitarian, durable, comfortable and flattering.

OK, at first glance, these look too pricey. However, they are worth every penny. Got them for my daughter and she is over the moon in love with them. Such great quality and beautiful fabrics. Best point, protective fabric on the seat so no chance of tearing or pulling if you sit on a rock!

These are the absolute best purchase I have made in many years. I'm so hard on hiking tights/pants because I'm am small, and while everyone else is hopping boulder to boulder or just stepping up and down rocky areas, my little legs have to climb or slide. I have thought about designing my own hiking tights because there are features that I wanted but had not yet seen...until I found these! The pockets are not only the perfect size for my extra camera gear, but they are in the right place not to bind or irritate with long hiking or climbing. The extra fabric on the butt and knees is perfect, fit is perfect, and overall they are extremely comfortable with either my daypack or my extended day backpack. I did tear the fabric below the knee when I slipped through a hole below some deadfall and a sharp branch caught me, but easily repaired on the trail and you can't even tell it's there.

The fit is amazing. True to size but order up if you will be wearing long underwear underneath. I have confidence in using my knees on ledge when I hoist myself up the rock face as well as on the occasional need to shimmy down ledge. I bought these in large for my long underwear and med for when I am not.

These are THE BEST tights EVER!! They fit true to size and withstand some serious scrambling. For the backpackers out there they breath well on the trail and never stink. I've also worn them biking on a cold day and they worked great! They have pockets on either side to hold all the goods plus a stash pocket in the waist. The reinforced knees are amazing and allow for one to get through some serious terrain unscathed. The fabrication is great! It feels good against the skin and they don't lose their shape! Plus you'll look cute off the trail too...so after you've been sweating for hours and every part of you hurts at least the pants look good. :)

I am a longtime hiking tights convert and Fjallraven has taken the concept to an ultimate level with the Abiskos. I’ve been using these tights for about a year now in every condition. Pricey but worth every penny. They are incredibly versatile, well designed, high quality, durable, and dare I say kinda cute. I use them to hike of course but also as a base layer and outerwear for all kinds of outdoor pursuits in all seasons and even as chunky leggings in town. I absolutely love the reinforcements and thoughtful pockets. Negatives are few. They’re a bit thick for hotter temperatures but I was okay wearing them up to about 80 degrees. The only other negative for me is they can be a challenge to pull off and on quickly when nature calls. They pack well so definitely coming with me for an extended high mountain trek this summer along with my favorite rain pants. Very petite-friendly but I’ve seen them on much larger women who love them too. I usually don’t purchase duplicates but I’ve ordered more of these in case they’re discontinued because I know I’ll be using them regularly for many years.

These tights are so durable & awesome for slick rock stemming or high alpine scrambling. I love being able to wear athletic tights & not being worried about constant snagging. Four starts as the fit is not quite as amazing as some other leggings I own & I wish the rise was a bit higher for my body shape. Still definitely recommend if you like to get after it & still be able to wear tights.

These are definitely my new favorite pair of tights. I do a lot of trail running and hiking and was sick of tights that got worn down or ripped when going through rough areas- these tights are super durable while still being stretchy and comfortable. And I love the pockets to keep small items like nutrition and keys on me securely. Highly recommend!

Who knew I would be saying that I wore tights out into the woods. I was hesitant when I first tried these out. I have always been a fan of Fjallraven's pants, but didn't know if their tights would be as awesome. I was way wrong. THESE ARE AMAZING. I literally cannot rave about them enough. They are tough where you need them to be: knees and butt. But stretchy in all the other right places. And the stretch parts aren't thin (like a lot of other tights I have). These were built to last in the outdoors, and I will be buying again.

Finally - tights that are tough! These tights are rugged enough to actually be worn in the backcountry - it's about time! The reinforced knees and rear let me enjoy nature without worrying about snags or tears. The fabric is thick enough to be warm and feel supportive without overstretching over time. I'm a size 4/6 or 27/28 pant size and the small fits perfectly! The pockets on this are efficiently designed with one zip pocket on the left thigh, and a stretch-open pocket on the right upper thigh. Would buy these in every color if we could keep them in-stock!

Finally a solid hiking pant/tight that's flattering and doesn't look to crunchy granola or masculine!
