District Cycling Shoe
Your lunch break at work isn't enough time for lengthy wardrobe changes into riding gear, but when your crew is hitting you up for mid-day dirt jump sessions it's hard to say no. The Five Ten District Mountain Bike Shoe is a time saver when you need it, walking the balance between fashion-forward and technical. With a stiff one-piece molded cupsole, and clean polyurethane coated uppers, these can walk right back into the office after your lunch ride without anyone batting an eye, or berating you about dragging mud to your desk again.
The polyurethane coated leather and synthetic uppers are tough, and embrace your feet for a snug and supportive fit. The PU-coating means they like to repel the elements, and are super easy to wipe down should you need to clean up a bit before walking back into work. The shoes use Five Ten's non-marking Marathon rubber on the outsole, which is designed for dirt jumpers and street riders who need extra durability and friction. The non-marking compound keeps that tacky rubber we love from marking up the floor, making them another choice option for rolling from trail to work. Designed with mid-week workday rides in mind, the Districts have a reflective tab on the back to help keep you visible for early morning rides pre-dawn light, or post work hot laps when you're done with the day.

Great shoe for pedaling and casual wear

This shoe is sweet. nice and stiff, but soft enough to wear daily. They run a bit large, so size down.

Black, clean look, and very comfortable. These shoes stick to the pedals like my other 5/10's, so I never lose a pedal . Good price and , of course, Backcountry is great to work with. Can't go wrong with these.

Good for riding and bad weather
Great for my commute and keeping my feet dry and warm. My only complaint is they are stiff and thick for wearing around the office.

These are my everyday shoe and I love them! They are very comfy (and true to size) and will always provide you with that grip, on and off your bike. The upper, lower and the sole of this shoe are bomb proof when compared to your average skate shoe and even will provide some moderate protection from the wet. I've had a few instance where I've forgot my Impacts at home and have luckily had my Districts on. While the rubber isn't quite as sticky as the Stealth S1 (but it will hold up better) that comes on the Impacts, the mini dotty pattern does a great sticking to your pedals.

Really loving these shoes from five ten. They are comfortable and they feel great on the pedals. I totally recommend them.

Easy on the wallet

Most five ten shoes can get a little pricey but these shoes provide you with something that looks good and won't compromise performance. Like all five ten's, the rubber is excellent and the look is unbeatable. The fit feels good and snug.
