SCS Skate Ski
You don't need to be a gold medalist to ski the Fischer SCS Skate Skis, but they're not cut out for never-evers, either. Fischer built the SCS with its World Cup Skate sidecut, which provides killer tracking and stability, particularly in V2 and V2 alternate. It also designed these sticks with an Air Core Basalite Pro core, which is made of super-light composite, milled with weight-reducing air channels, and reinforced with basalt fibers to give you a moderately stiff ski that flexes consistently in all temperatures, balancing power and smoothness. The World Cup Pro base is designed to be as versatile as the core, with a DTG World Cup Universal structure that handles wet, cold, warm, and powdery snow with equal aplomb and doesn't require an obsessive wax technician to keep it fast.
