When you have business meetings galore and a fancy dinner to attend to afterwards, the Filson Men's Long Cruiser Jacket keeps you classy and warm in the wintertime. Its mackinaw wool exterior has a soft, smooth structure that's surprisingly resilient in snowfall and brisk temperatures. Filson lined the coat in flannel and polyester twill for extra warmth. The added length ensures much-desired coverage, while the back promotes freedom of movement so you can cruise in the cold comfortably.

This is my second Filson jacket, and is by far my favorite. Aside from all my technical apparel this is probably one of my favorite pieces of clothing. It has that typical rugged Filson feel but adds a major upgrade to my wardrobe (think stereotypical lumberjack most days). I don't know if I have any other piece of attire that has received more compliments.
It's the perfect late fall/early winter jacket. The price is on the steep side, but I viewed it as an investment piece and am very happy with my decision as it will last a very long time.
The jacket is heavy so don't expect something thin that is easy to toss aside, it takes up a good chunk of space so make sure you have a sturdy place to hang it.
After owning this jacket for a few months now and wearing through varying temps/conditions, I can honestly say I am a true Filson fan. Their product has a certain quality that makes it easy to want more, knowing the craftsman ship is drawing from years of experience. Needless to say I will be picking up other Filson garments.
Sizing is pretty spot on. I have big shoulders and am 6'2, I ordered the XL and the fit is perfect. My tin cloth jacket is a XXL, so use your best judgement.
