M6B Uomo Boa Cycling Shoe
The M6B Uomo Boa Shoes bring Fizik's classy, modern style to the dirt with durability and functionality to weather hard corners and technical trails. They feature a carbon reinforced nylon sole, which isn't quite as stiff as the top-end, full carbon fare, but also carries with it a much more wallet-friendly price tag. The upper is fashioned from a mix of Microtex and nylon mesh, blending protection and breathability to keep your feet safe and cool. A BOA straps crosses the top of the foot, while two hook-and-loop straps span the midfoot and forefoot for a comfortable, customized fit that's easily adjustable on the fly. Underfoot, rubber lugs provide easy walkability and grip during hike-a-bike situations.

I only have about 10 hours on these shoes but so far they've been great, the fit is spot on, I wear a US 11 bought EU 44.5, adjustment work great.

Previous rating: 5 stars. I put on a total of about 250-300 miles on the mountain and road bike per week, and these haven't even flinched! The "boa" tightening system is awesome, and all the straps feel secure and durable. The tread is great for all kinds of terrain, and even the occasional hike-a-bike! Pebbles tend to get occasionally get caught in between the rubber knobs on bottom, but they're no biggie and fairly simple to pick out. Fizik has definitely won me over with this one! UPDATE: after a year apiece on two different pairs of these, both busted out the inner-side tread on the shoe. Besides the fact that this should NEVER happen, it gave me almost no choice but to replace the shoes, as it was near impossible to traverse/climb embankments/trails when off the bike.

Yeah is the toe box wide, regular, or narrow?

Probably average, considering I usually slot in between wide and narrow, and these feel great on my feet.
