Stiff and comfy, but poor quality…..

I've used it several times
Size Bought:
46 & 45.5
6' 2"

My first pair I bought I went with size 12us (46euro) and my shoe size is a US12 and they were a bit. Not a huge deal. However, the metal ring that the arch strap runs through became unattached to is sewing which prevented me from using the arch strap anymore. I filed a warranty through backcountry and was issued a replacement pair. To my luck, when going through warranty they only had size 11.5US(45.5 euro) so my oversized shoe issue was solved. However, the same issue happened with the arch strap after 5 rides. I’m bummed.

Cleat holes stripped

I returned this product before using it
Size Bought:
5' 8"

Cool shoe, comfy , fairly rigid sole. Screwed my cleats into the two hole slots and they were stripped immediately. Such a bummer. Felt like the two hole/ cleat plate area of the shoe was super weak. Frustrating dude!
