This Quick Release Handlebar Bracket w/ Clip is the forged and CNC machined aluminum clamp assembly that comes with the biggest and baddest Exposure Lights. And if it will hold the Six Pack and Maxx D securely, you know it will do the same for the lighter Diablo, Joystick, or Spark lights. It comes with the clip that snaps around the light housing. This clip fits into the Handlebar Bracket just like the big lights do. The bracket features a spring loaded button that "catches" the machined base of the clip and holds the light securely over the roughest terrain, but when you need to remove the light for charging inside the house, you simply tug on the red button and the lamp and clip slide right out. You'll get a shim set that allows its use on bar diameters from 25.4 to 31.8mm.

Exposure Lights have a two year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

    Slim and Secure

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This mount does its job. It is slim with no extra unneeded bulk and hold my Diablo in place. The quick release feature is nice so I can keep the light in my pack until I need it or pop it off and use the light like a flash light. I was also able to use the clamp on my 35mm bar and mount it up closer to my stem than I thought I would be able to.

    Fastening bolt corroded in weeks?

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

A very nice mount. Secure, firm, stable. Solid hardware. It should keep the light on the bars. looks slick. Mounts easily and quickly. Threads are good. But added to the cost of the light itself, it's around $200. A number of firms have sold pricey mounts separately. Couple bucks cheaper and I would have given it 5 stars.

Update: All comments still apply, but the bolts on both of my mounts started to corrode in just weeks. I don't leave my bikes outside and don't get within miles of the ocean. Not happy.
