We’ve had ours for a couple years and it’s worked flawlessly. In fact I’m about to buy another one for my son. It’s super warm. Worth the weight for me. These do make noise when I turn at night but it’s a bit less noisy than the ultralight competitors that use a metallicized plastic insulating layer (the ultralight ones make a crinkling potato chip bag noise. This pad just makes noise when your sleeping bag slides across it).

This is a terrible product and I would avoid it. I’ve had 2, and it appears Backcountry doesn’t have the LW any longer. For the record, Backcountry has been great, but I barely used this product EACH of two times and both times have had ongoing problems with holding air. I think the valves are faulty. Doing business with backcountry is a no brainer because they’re great, but Exped products will let you down when you need them most. As shown in the photo, looks brand new, but almost flat after 12 hours and no one laying on it.

Perhaps you should contact Expeds customer service dept about the issue as they do provide a warranty on the pads. I have had nothing but great experiences with their customer service dept...they even went as far as replacing a pad for me that was out of warranty period without even blinking an eye.
