Wife bought me, Fit perfectly, I am 5 feet 9 inches, 160 pounds, age 75, 31 inch waist bought medium. very comfortable. Material nice. Definitely would recommend

Near perfect travel shorts
I have been traveling with 3 pairs of these shorts and your sport underwear through Africa and the Sahara, These are near perfect, It has a really nice fabric that is both cool and easily washable and dries quickly overnight. It has 2 zip pockets to stash your wallet in one and iPhone/keys in the order securely. It has a change pocket. Plus 2 more pockets at the hip for maps, etc. (I don’t use the 2 zippered back pockets, but they are there for maps..). The only downside is that they don’t come in a convertible pants version, I would buy those if I could for the desert in a lighter color. Highly highly recommended!! Also durable, I have hand washed one of these at least 15 times so far.

nice pair of traveling shorts
Wanted a pair of short for traveling with the following features; light, cool, durable, quick washing, 2 cargo pockets with either velcro or zippers, 2 deep hip pockets. These meet all the criteria except too early to test durability. Wish there were other colors - black, and a deeper grey. I also like the fact that the pockets are deep unlike some other brands, where you cannot fit an iphone into the phone pocket!

Best shorts ever
I order these shorts for my husband because they are his very favorite shorts. I hope ex officio continues to carry them for many years. We have purchased them for several years and I keep getting more in case you discontinue this particular short. They are his by far very favorite shorts. They are light, very comfortable, have really good pockets for phone etc. At first I bought them originally for my husband for travel. He has lots of other shorts but will only wear these. He uses them to work in, & play in and wears them all the time and the always look great!! You used to have more colors but now only offer one color. Please bring back the other colors so we can stock up. Highly recommend these. It’s so sad when a great product is discontinued. I can’t figure that out. Why cancel a good staple. Please continue to make these shorts. On a second note I wish you would make them in women’s sizes.

In the vicinity of perfect
FEATURES: Material is lightweight and packable. Fit is more or less as expected. Online sizing tool works well. Seems not quite as suitable for climbing and other high-mobility activities as previous iterations, but still plenty good. Looks good, feels good, travels easily and well. BUG: Phone pocket is on the right; should be on the left. (We hold our phones with our left hands so we can poke them with the right, right?)

Fit good. Look bad.
