great socks, problems with sizing chart

Based on the sizing chart (from manufacturer), I should wear Large, but no, the chart is wrong, I had to swap out for Medium. Backcountry staff were ridiculously helpful with the exchange, possibly best online shopping experience in a decade. Thank you.
