Have replacement parts available!
I really like the cot, and have used it often anytime we have guests stay overnight. My grandson sat upon ithe handle as he laid upon the cot and the handle broke. I was disappointed that a replacement part could not be obtained. Howevery, I was very happy with the deal they gave me to purchase a new cot.

Basic Quality Issues

I wanted to love this cot. It was supposed to be super easy and sturdy and just work. When I first took it out of the bag, I tried to follow the directions, but could not get the cot open. After fighting with it for over an hour, I took a good look at the underside (which is pretty difficult given I couldn't open it). I noticed that two of the bolts used for installation were too long and were physically preventing the cot from open. After prying the bolts over the frame, I finally got it open. If it had been just this, I would have kept the cot. The second night I slept on the cot while I was laying down, I heard a pop sound. The cot then creaked every time I moved after that making it pretty difficult to sleep. While I was putting the cot away, I noticed that one of the bolts that holds the top frame to the legs was very loose. It's possible that this screw was too long as well, but I didn't fiddle with it to figure it out. With multiple basic quality issues, I have decided to return the cot and not get a replacement because these should have been caught during QC at the factory.

Sags in the middle
Sets up easily. Saggy middle after 1 week of use. Incredibly uncomfortable.
