    TRS Race SL Carbon Crank Arms

    Lightweight and efficient, the e*thirteen components TRS Race SL Carbon Crank Arms help you keep pedaling throughout hard climbs and technical trails. Compression-molded carbon fiber construction produces an extremely lightweight, rigid and durable material that effectively transfers power while withstanding trail use. The TRS is designed to fit both boost and non-boost frames and chainlines with a simple move of the included spacers—but remember to only use a non-boost chainring. e*thirteen placed the aluminum spindle on the non-drive side of the crank, making access easier for drivetrain maintenance and chainguide setup. The Adaptive Preload Adjuster (APS) is compatible with Quick Connect dual-width Guiderings and crankarm protectors for easy customization, and Quick Connect technology also allows you to easily remove the crankset with an 8mm allen wrench.

    Sweet Upgrade

    Decently priced compared to the competition, light and stiff... all I need in a crank! If you have cheap alloy cranks on your bike and have some extra cash for upgrades, this is a good place to shave some weight and make pedaling a little easier.

    Coming from the Raceface Next crank that was defective after less than a year of use. After finding out how difficult RF makes claiming a warranty item (you can only have a bike shop submit a warranty claim in which you have to pay the shop for their time) I bought the E thirteen SL to replace the RF while waiting for the warranty claim. Turns out I like the E13 better. Simple to install and it feels like direct drive with the e13 SL chainring. Also with E13 you deal direct with them for warranty issues which to me is a big++. I like to support smaller bike companies and I like how E13 thinks outside the box.

    The crankset looks nice. However, it requires the ethirteen bottom bracket and does not match a standard BB30 or PF30 bottom bracket. I had to return it.

    I've been riding my E*Thirteen crank for the last 8 months on my XTR Di2 drivetrain as I wanted to try something a little lighter than an XTR M9000 crank. I think i ended saving about 150 or so grams with this crank over the Shimano. I paired it with a 32t SL Guidering

    and have been riding it problem free. I've taken a few pretty big rock strikes, but so far no issues. The crank also comes with some pretty chunky crank boots to help take some of the impact. With a chainring, this crank is very comparable in weight to a SRAM X01 DUB or RaceFace SIXC crank. I rode it with my Shimano drivetrain but it would have no issues with compatibility on SRAM 11 or 12 speed drivetains as well.

    I have a 2015 specialized fatboy expert and I need to replace the crank arms.. will these crank arms work? Do I have to get a new spindle? I currently have the ethirteen trs 2x crankset/arms on there now.. thx

    Hi Cody, these cranks are not available with a longer spindle to fit fat bikes. You may want to look at Race Face cranks as they do have interchangeable spindles to fit different bottom bracket widths.
