This is the fork you're looking for.
Upgrade your bike and battle the mud, grass, and gravel of post-tarmac cycling with the ENVE Carbon Disc Cross Fork. Built for hardcore cyclocross racers and gravel adventurers alike, this fork features oodles of tire clearance, a thru-axle, and buttery smooth carbon fiber to hammer through the toughest of courses.
ENVE opted for a thru-axle because it increases stability and stiffness. Compared to forks with quick-release dropouts, thru-axle forks improve braking and front-end tracking for a more responsive, confident ride no matter the terrain. As an added bonus, the thru-axle system means the axle only has one place to sit, eliminating the power-sucking, noisy rotor rub that so often plagues quick-release systems should a few specks of dirt work their way into the dropout and push the skewer ever so slightly out of line.
Never a company to ignore the durability and weight saving side of the spectrum, ENVE fashions the entire fork as a whole — including the steerer tube. This one-piece construction not only results in exceptionally clean lines, but allows for uninterrupted carbon layering which increases strength while also reducing weight due to the lack of need for extra reinforcement around junction points.
ENVE also knows that not all of us need or want to be restricted by governing body regulations on tire width, so the Carbon Disc Cross Fork accommodates a range of tires up to 45mm wide with a 700c wheel and up to a whopping 50mm wide for those running 650b hoops. The racer types can rock those 33mm skinnies out on the course and then throw on the beefy rubbers for a day on the gravel or an afternoon of single track.

- Q & A
Rigid with rake
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I have the Niner RDO and even had the steel and carbon Niner forks, along with the White Brothers fork back with my first fully rigid SS. Riding rigid is about picking lines and being precise. Steel forks flex, Niner Carbon is stiff. But ENVE is even stiffer. The best part is the rake feature. I have mine set up slacker/forward setting and will meet it that way. Love this fork and if you have a steel or Ti frame you'll love it too
