Great set of wheels but caution

I was really looking forward to this wheelset, but when the box arrived, the wheelset came without rim tape installed. Previous wheels I purchase came with high quality rim tape already installed and generally worked well as tubeless. If you plan to purchase this, you need to plan to purchase a quality rim tape, and spend significant amount of time setting them up. I gave up and Ended up setting them up as clinchers. with tubes they have worked flawlessly since then. Compared to SES AR, these are a bit less stiff and lose out a bit on the sensation of speed and responsiveness. However in my use case using them on gravel rides (with good amount of paved sections) their comfort is superior to the SES as they are a bit more compliant. Either are great wheelset and my top choices at this moment. Depending on your usage (and budget) these might be the better choice in the Enve lineup. Easy recommendation for great value wheelset but bear in mind how to set them up tubeless vs clincher.
