Awesome
I had a Wahoo Kickr but this is better. And Cheaper. Kind of crazy. Also, after dealing with Wahoo customer service, I don't think very highly of their business. Lastly, there was no way of getting my 11 speed Shimano 105 shifting to work with the Kickr without adjusting the shifters every time I took the bike off or put it on so I returned it. The Elite Suito does not have this problem and I like the handle, design and price better. This is the one to get. I should mention the Wahoo had connectivity issues and required frequent calibrations which isn't ideal. This has worked just fine, in fact it's more user friendly.

Connectivity Issues
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
The only thing that is preventing me from giving this 1 star is the fact that the trainer is so darn quiet and that it does pack down fairly flat. As of right now, I've had a troubleshooting case opened with Elite for 2 weeks in regards to the trainer not changing the resistance level. I submitted the requested video of the magnets while adjusting the resistance level within the elite app. The trainer connects to the app fine and I see speed and power data but the resistance does not change. While I understand that Elite is located in Italy and under stringent lockdown, customer support has been pretty terrible. It took 4 "business days" to respond to my initial inquiry. It's been another 4 business days since I uploaded further data. I want this trainer to work but I can't recommend it at this time.
