Terrible company to buy from. BEWARE

Purchased the Augusta frame. When the order came, the Crasher frame was in the box. Contacted Backcountry and they said they would have a new pair shipped out to me asap, and overnighted. I never received a confirmation email. Until the next afternoon I got a email saying it was shipped THEN an email saying the item was out of stock. I called and an employee said I would get a call back from a supervisor because they needed approval to WAIVE THE POSTAGE ON THE RETURN!!! (Let me remind you they sent the wrong item to me, it wasn’t a “I don’t like what I got” return). I never heard from the supervisor. When I reached back out to Backcountry the employees were EXTREMELY rude. 2 people hung up on me when they said they couldn’t do anything and I asked to speak to a supervisor. Finally the third person went ahead and waived the fee to return the item. Please, do not buy anything from Backcountry! I found the frames cheaper on Amazon.
