Why We Like The Liner Rope Bag

Tarp, tie-off point, transporter: Edelrid's Liner Rope Bag pulls its weight around the crag. We simply unclip and roll, readying our rope for the send while keeping it out of the dirt. When moving between routes, the tapered design funnels our rope into the pouch for fuss-free movement.

My favorite rope bag

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

This is an awesome rope bag, especially for the price. I've had 2 of them for over 3 years now and have used them heavily for the past 3 years. One carries my gym rope, and the other is used for outdoors. I use them at least weekly and have had no issues with the buckles, as others have reported. I have several other brands of rope bags, but tend to use this one most frequently due to ease of use, functionality and its light weight. Hands down, my favorite rope bag.

Buckles Break

Not a bad bag, but the two plastic buckles that hold the bag closed break way too easily. Go with some type of metal buckle.

Good Bag

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I've had this bag for a long time with no issues. It's a little smaller than some of the other rope bags, so I primarily use it as my gym rope bag.

Works Great for me

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Stores my 80m or 40m rope really well. Can cinch down pretty well for strapping to the top of a crag bag. I'd buy it again.

Broke

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Bag buckle broke immediately. Not very comfortable to carry around.
