    Rise up.

Handlebars aren't the sexiest part of your bike, but they're what keep you pointed in the right direction and make sure your weight stays in the right place, so it's important to give them some attention. Easton's Haven 35 Riser Carbon bars are made for just about anyone, with a versatile 750mm width and two rise options to suit more trail- or gravity-oriented riders.

If you're more into the descents, check out the 40mm rise, which helps you keep your weight back on tricky descents. All-mountain riders should investigate the 20mm rise, which lets you stay slightly more forward, so you can put more power into the pedals. No matter the rise, the Haven uses Easton's TaperWall technology, which varies the thickness of the carbon fiber to maximize strength and minimize weight. The Haven is stress tested to obscene levels, too, so you can be sure they’ll never fail on you, unless you weigh 2,000 pounds and ride like an absolute lunatic.

    Love the Haven 35

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have a 2015 Enduro Expert and was looking to upgrade the alum bar. I like the high rise so went with the carbon Haven instead of the Havoc. I love the width 750mm. Anything more is too much. Also, the Haven is light than the Havoc. This handling is noticeably better with this bar over the stock specialized alum bar. The look is awesome - paired it with the Havoc stem because it looks great. Couldn't be happier and receiving complements. Careful installing because like all of these bars they scratch easy.

    Wider bar

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Bought this because I wanted a wider bar for more control while descending. My bike came with a carbon bar, so I felt like I couldn't "downgrade" it by replacing it with an aluminum bar. I'm not sure I would have really noticed a difference, though. Haven't had this for very long, so I can't speak to the durability. However, my previous bar wast an Easton carbon bar and survived several crashes.
