EA70 AX Handlebar
There you are, in the middle of the desert wilderness, pushing your tiny hatchback to its off-road limits while your friends trundle ahead to the start point in four-wheel-drive bliss. It's ok though, because you know that the tables will turn as soon as you clip into two wheels thanks to the Easton EA70 AX Handlebar you just wrapped up with cushy (and, of course, color coordinated) bar tape in preparation for today's ride.
This bar starts out with an ergonomic drop shape that offers myriad hand positions and ups the adventure ante with a 16-degree flare for an added dose of comfort and control over rough roads and loose, sketchy descents that are more the suggestion of a pathway than a well-established route. So while your friends are distracted by uncomfortable pressure points and narrow drops more suited for the road, you'll be enjoying the scenery and reveling in the joy of exploring the roads less traveled.

Good and bad
- I've put it through the wringer
Love the flare and width (44cm). Comfortable position-wise. On gravel, the bars do not do a very good job of dampening vibrations. You really feel it after 2 hours. For context, I’m using them on a Ibis Hakka MX, which I primarily ride on gravel and some single track. Recommend spending a bit more and getting the carbon version.

Every alloy bar has that issue. Look at Redshift stem to resolve. Makes much more sense the carbon bars.
