What does this include in the box? (1) Binding only (2) Binding + brake (3) Binding + brake + adjustment plate The first image shows all 3, and the referenced weight (319 g per foot) also seems to include all 3 (binding only weighs 175 g). However, the listing says the plate is sold separately. Can you please clarify?
