Why We Like The Dynafit TLT Speed Turn 2.0 Binding

>Weighing nearly one pound per pair less than the classic TLT Radical, the TLT Speed Turn 2.0 Binding is the successor of Dynafit's classic Speed Radical. It follows in the same light, fast, and simple footsteps, with rugged CrMo steel, stainless steel, and forged aluminum construction, 4-10 release values for bomber hold and consistent release, and 12.5mm of adjustable length for use with different boots. The rotating heel piece and dual heel risers are easy to manipulate with poles and the toe pins provide all the reliability you'll need to conquer distant peaks or dip a toe into the rando racing pool. The Speed Turn toe has also been updated with a four-hole mounting pattern, like the Radical, and features the locking climb mode and crampon slot that you'd expect from any Dynafit.

The only binding you'll ever need

This was my first pair of touring bindings, and this will be my only pair. Simple, reliable, lightweight, high performance on the downhill - I have pushed them incredibly hard. To turn the risers, insert the pole into the hole with your rear heel raised, then gently twist the pole as you walk the ski forward. Buy them.

Unbreakable/Simple

Indestructible binding, you'll remove them from your ski before the binding fails. Mount these on some lightweight skis and you'll rip them out! Mount them on some steel rails and you'd be ripping jump turns off of your country's highest mountain for a lifetime! Transitions are a breeze, yet I never figured out how to spin the risers with my pole, so maybe do some yoga!! Or don't max the dins out! Love from Alta UT

Dynafit Speed Turn

Great binding, very strong and solid, and easy to use. I like the way to change the walking modes as well as the simplicity of the whole binding. They came with guide leashes due to the lack of brakes. They tend to freeze up a tiny bit but mine have never seized and stopped moving, it just gets a little more challenging. These Bindings are good for any skill levels.

Killer touring binding

Familiarity:

These things are bomber. I beat them up all over the Wasangelas front. I never have to sit in a train of goobers in the skin track because with these puppies, I am confident that I can blast past 90% of the dawn patrol hacks going up, rip some high-speed pow turns down, transition at the bottom, and get back to the top before most have started their first descent of the morning.

Terrible tow pieces

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Unfortunately, the redesigned toe pieces on these bindings are horrible. I can walk out of the toes when they are locked and often come out when going uphill. I don't have confidence in these bindings. They used to be bomber until they changed the toe design.
