I’m looking at the DPS skis Yvette F100 for a solid all mountain ski that I could also take in the backcountry/ side country. I am 5’ 8.5” 140 lbs and am an aggressive skier that mostly skis resorts but looking to have the option to also do backcountry without needing two different set ups. Is this an appropriate ski for that? would the 171cm be an okay height? Thanks!!

Hi Laura, The Yvette F 100 would be perfect for what you're looking for! And yes, the 171 should also work for your size and ski ability! It is slightly on the heavier side for touring, but is a great one-quiver ski that you could certainly take out of bounds and in the backcountry.
