Wailer A100 RP Ski

The DPS Wailer A100 RP Ski continues the legacy of DPS's premier deep snow ski that is known for its best-selling shape, deep rocker profile, and lightweight but responsive construction. The ski-able shape is created by the combination of taper in the tip and tail and a short 15m turn radius. The taper in the tip and tail allows you to break the edges free for extremely quick pivoting control, while the 15m turn radius encourages tight slalom turns when you really lay into the edge. This control is accentuated by the deep rocker in the tip and tail that further helps you break the edge free when needed, and the camber underfoot that allows you to hold a firm edge when the snow gets less soft.

While the profile has a hand in the control and turn shape of the Wailer, its main purpose is to ensure performance in varying snow conditions. The tip and tail rocker boosts float in deep snow for effortless powder day slashes, while the camber underfoot lets you rip powerful turns on the groomers that get you back to the lift of your choice. To ensure all of these designs work as intended DPS built this ski with their highest quality resort layup, Alchemist. Alchemist consists of carbon fiber layers sandwiched around an Aspen core with full length sidewalls. This creates a durable, responsive, and lightweight package that will grow your confidence with every turn.
