Why We Like It
The outer shell is made from DOD's Canvo polycotton fabric, which regulates temperature in a way standard polyester can't match. It breathes when it's warm and holds heat when it's cold, and it doesn't build up the sticky humidity that makes polyester tents uncomfortable on warm nights. The floor zips out entirely, so the Home Base converts from a sealed sleeping shelter to an open event structure without any tools or extra components. One person can have it up and staked in under 20 minutes.
