I need my 4 year old to carry their load on our adventures. This is an adorable, highly visible pack (we got the neon green with reflective bears!) that fits his slight frame fine thanks to a chest strap and sturdy fabric and back padding. A water bottle, gloves, snack(s), space to stash the fleece and a pocket for a light and uh hand sanitizer (it's 2020!). He will wear this on a 2-3 hour adventure with zero complaints! Plenty of room to let him grow / go to school next year.
