Check it before you wreck it.

Hurtle down the hills with an easy mind in the Demon Hyper X D30 V2 Knee Pads. A ballistic fabric front shield protects against sharp edges, side padding preserves the peripheries, and the low-profile, form-fitting design allows you to ride freely. The enclosed D3O padding is a flexible material that hardens on impact, allowing excellent freedom of movement and flexible protection. Reinforced stitching on the seams and face fabric increases overall durability, and the perforated neoprene and lycra back fabric vents moisture to keep you from getting swamped with sweat.

    Demon D3O Rocks

I use both the knee and the elbow pads from Demon for DH mountain biking. They're extremely comfortable and I would argue they're among the most comfortable in the industry. But, what sets them apart from the rest is that they use a superior padding to closed cell foam...D3O. This stuff is amazing it hardens up on impact and offers unparalleled protection. I've taken many diggers on the bike and they perform great. They stay in place when I go down and they're flexible when I'm pedaling to the point that I don't even know they're there.

      Unanswered Question

How flexible are the pads? I had an injury with the ligament on the inner side of my left knee, which one offers better protection ? Demon Snow Shield Knee & Shin Protection V2, Demon Hyper Knee X D3O V1, or Demon Hyper Knee X D3O V2?
