Takes a beating so your wrist doesn't have to.

Ideal for beginners and seasoned shredders who go big, the Demon Flex Wrist Guard absorbs impact when you bail on icy runs or take a spill in the park. This wrist guard easily fits underneath your glove for a seamless fit, and the embedded flex strips enhance mobility (compared to fully rigid wrist guards) while offering moderate impact protection. In addition, the guard's palm features light padding, cushioning your fall if you catch yourself with an open hand.

    Worth it!

This past season was my first season and with learning came falling quite a few times. A couple of falls made my wrist sore so I bought these to keep me riding the rest of the season. I fell a few times after while wearing them and the pain and damage was significantly less. I recommend a size larger of gloves if possible while wearing them but these are definitely a must while learning.

      Awesome Mid-Level Support

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I learned to snowboard this year and everyone I talked to advised to pick up some wrist gaurds. I found these at $20 which seems like cheap insurance to me so thought I would give them a go. They are slim enough to fit under gloves and I'd say they provide medium support. You still have flex in your wrists but they are supportive enough to save you in a fall......I tested them A LOT. They are a bit cumbersome, the reinforced leather tips on the straps hang over the velcro so tend to get caught up and bent back when putting gloves on. Once you get that worked out, you can wear them comfortably all day. My palm measures 8" just below the knuckles and the S/M fit great. I would recommend these for anyone learning to snowboard.

      Runs a little large

I measured my hand and I was in the lower end of the Lg/XL. They were way too big in the knuckle area. The hand strap did not have enough contact with velcro. Other than that, they are small, flexible and about the right amount of protection for someone not looking for a plastic/metal wrist guard.
