Cheap bolt, stripped at torque spec

I've used it several times

I needed a new stem spacer and decided to go with this kit to have a matching cap for just $10 more than the spacers alone. Big mistake. I installed the head cap to spec (4nm via torque wrench) and then needed to further adjust my alignment. When I tried to take it back apart, the cheap bolt included with the cap easily stripped out. I've spent the past few days figuring out how to get the stripped bolt out of my bike without ruining expensive components. The cheap material used in the bolt kept wearing away and prevented removal. I finally ended up hammering a large T30 Torx bit into the bolt, supergluing it all together, and successfully removed the stripped bolt. The cap is now worn and trash. The bolt was trash to begin with. What an expensive 3m spacer I managed to purchase... *To be clear, this kit came with two bolts. A black one for installation and another color-matched one for looks. The issues with the stripped bolt occurred with the black installation bolt. I did not even try to use the color-matched aluminum bolt.
