I love Darn Tough socks of all sorts. High quality, great feel, supports industry and production in the US, and they hold up wonderfully. I'm a field scientist who has experimented with many brands of so-called high quality socks, and Darn Tough is the best. After buying several pairs in Adult Women's Medium sock size, I tried Junior Large to see if it works with my feet. (The Juniors are often significantly cheaper than the Adult socks.) It works great! My woman's shoe size is 7.5 (US) or 39 (EU), and my feet are slightly wider than normal. So if you are around this size, you too may find that Juniors work for you! ALSO, more information on this particular sock: It has a very modest cushioning effect. Not bulky. Good, uniform feel about the foot. Great for people who want some warmth/cushion without bulk.
