Awesome Boots

I got these boots for I needed water resistant shoes for work. These puppies are comfortable wearing all day. Water doesn't get to my feet and I wear shorts everyday in FL. Came in with a lace messed up. For the price I wasn't happy. Danner sent me new laces massively fast! Good boots and they stand behind their product. Would definitely buy again.

Sizing too small

The sizing on this model runs small. The toe box is too tight and the width feels narrower than a normal width. I have the low rise version of the Trail 2650 and it's my go to shoe in the summer. Maybe it's the gortex.

I?m usually a 12. Tried on the 12 but it was tight which didn?t seem like a good idea for hiking boots. I bought the 13 instead. There?s wiggle room now and feels much better. And now I?ve got room for thicker hiking socks. These boots seem to have some extra volume so thicker socks are probably a good idea. I really like the look. Very lightweight. Traction is super aggressive. So far, so good!
