I have a couple pair of Danner boots. They couldn't be better. They fit like a glove and wear very well. The North Fork Rambler is an entirely different animal. It's build on a different last with none of the fit feat. They've wide and despite tightening the laces, never would fit. Others might be happy with these but do understand they are not built the same way as Danner's other boots.
