The Lupo AX HD Alpine Touring Boot enters Dalbello's freeride touring collection with an impressive backcountry performance that feels light on the uphill and progressive on the downhill. It's the combination that hard-charging freeriders look for when they're hunting powdery stashes and big lines in the backcountry. Unlike most backcountry boots with two-piece constructions, the Lupo's Cabrio three-piece construction retains a long-lasting stiffness of 110 that doesn't break down over a single season; in fact, the flex is so consistent that you shouldn't have a problem riding in the resort. Cabrio uses a shell, cuff, and removable tongue to give the boot a smoother power transmission, a dynamic rebound, and excellent shock absorption. Taking the tongue out allows for a wide range of motion in walk mode.
