Worked okay for two days

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Apparently a magnet or something fell out of the tool after 2 days of use - not the first time I've seen this particular Dakine tool fail. Bits don't stay in place anymore which makes any sort of work a PITA. Waste of money.

I'm going to just buy a proper ratcheting driver from HomeDepot instead.

Very handy

I bought this tool for my wife because my wife lost her ankle strap. On a powder day this tool makes it easy to change your stance. It's small and light way, easy to carry or stash in your glove box.

    Appears to be well made

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I have this in my backcountry ski pack for any emergency repairs. It has all of the bits that you would need for skis or a snowboard and is compact. I haven't actually needed to use it but based of playing around with it when I got it, I'm confident it will manage the job if and when the time comes.

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Such a nice torque driver to just have in your car or your bag. The storage of all the heads is kind of annoying to get back in. But once you get used to it it works like a charm!

    Awesome tool

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This is a great tool to always have in your pack when riding the mountain. With 6 different heads you can just about tighten, loosen or adjust anything in the snow sports market quickly with ease. Fits in the palm of your hand and has a switch for tightening or loosening with the ratchet. Definitely a must have if you don't already have a tool!

    Awesome tool
