I love this vest. This vest stores my beacon, shovel,probe, skins, and cast touring toe pieces perfectly with room for 32 oz water bottle and a small extra layer. In the front pockets I have been storing my food where I can fit some comically large items(like a pepper) in the pockets. Fitting the vest was a small chalange because the spot where the vest sits in the shoulders doesn’t sit right on my back but after some adjustment it was perfect. I have used this for 2 days with an hour hike on one of the days and wearing the bag all day the other. I couldn’t ask for a better bag. I am also surprised that there are no larger back pack options like a 20L vest pack.
