Good product just not for me..

I thought I would try the no float versions of the cleats. Turns out I like a little float. I could not get used to the fact that I have a fairly sloppy pedal stroke. My shoe came unclipped several times when i came to stop. Normally I stay clipped in on my right foot and place my left on the ground when coming to a stop, well on several occasions my right foot would just pop out. I clearly pivot my foot more than I thought causing it to release. I ordered a set of normal float cleats and the problem went away. All good now. I would think these would be good for someone who is cautious and is afraid to be locked onto the pedal, and wishing for a quicker release.

    Zero float

My son wanted to try the Zero Float cleat. So far, so good...

    Locked in

I don't think a true zero float is possible with a Crank Bros, but these have less play than their standard cleat.
