Two for one.
Protecting the hands from the cold on particularly chilly rides is well understood by any cyclist to be a fundamental necessity. The problem therein is that there are so many different "colds" and one glove can't really protect you from them all comfortably. Craft's solution? A glove within a glove: the Craft Hybrid Weather Gloves have a waterproof and windproof cover you can reposition over the insulated fingers for an extra layer of protection when you need it.Craft's Hybrid Weather Gloves are a two-in-one glove made from a blend of exclusive Craft fabrics. For easy shift and brake lever functionality, the exterior of the inner-glove features silicone grippers at the fingers and palm. Additionally, the pointer finger and thumb tips are smartphone compatible, meaning that they can effectively swipe and select on a phone's touch screen. The inner-lining uses the soft brushed Flex fleece fabric that is not only warming, but also adds an extra layer of windproof protection. The exterior of the inner glove is made from a laminated polyester knit with an elastic microporous film. Together, the layers' fabric blend makes for a hand-conforming glove that's windproof, waterproof, and highly breathable.
For colder weather, the inner glove can be paired with the Vent Air Wind removable mitten. This mitten works as an encapsulating shell that adds additional warmth and element protection to the inner glove. The mitten is also windproof, waterproof, and features a reflective print for safer night riding.
The Craft Hybrid Weather Gloves are available in six sizes, from X-Small to X-Large, and in the colors Amino and Black.

Great first ride
Cold ride this weekend, 35-40 degrees F. Started the ride with some other fingered bike gloves that were fairly heavily padded, bulky (making Di2 shifting a bit tricky), and most importantly, didn't keep my fingertips warm. One of my riding buddies was wearing these, and when we stopped at a shop on the ride, I picked up a pair. Much warmer, I think the windproofing really goes a long way. My fingers were warm the rest of the way, and if for some reason I got hot, they're very lightweight and would be easy to stash in a jersey pocket. That said, they aren't thick, so I don't know how they'll do in subfreezing temps. Also, not padded, which is really not a concern for me, but should be noted. Lastly, the mitten cover is a bit slick -- I had no trouble holding the handlebars, and it's still easy to shift, but the fingers inside the glove will slide on the inside of the mitten, so be careful! Just takes a little more caution. Overall, I'm very happy (after one ride) -- they seem durable and they'll be my go-to glove at this temp.

Nice but not very durable
Nice gloves and I really like the convertible nature. However I suspect these gloves will not hold up long. After wearing once a seam has opened up near the thumb and the fabric is starting to pill from grabbing handlebar grips and nordic poles. The glove does allow iphone use which is really nice. Probably best suited for running.
