Came with defect
One of the inside snaps was off. I tried calling customer service to remedy the situation, but was on hold for 45 minutes before I had to hang up. I tried using the online chat, but got a message that all reps were busy and it wouldn't connect me to anyone. Overall, very frustrating experience.
