Quality
These are nice pants. The zippers and snaps look like they will last a long time. Good fabric. I am 6’2” 175lb with a 33” waist and the mediums fit me with room for a layer of thick long Johns for those colder days which for me is 15 or colder. Above that you don’t need much of anything beneath. I open the vents above freezing. Definitely would buy again.

no padding on the knees
the pants have thin fabric on the knees and will tear quickly as knees are not protected by any additional padding or fabric. The interior of the pants have this high-tech metallic fabric that is cold to the skin, forcing me to wear long johns. I would have preferred a soft fabric inside.

Perfect size/fit
I’m 5’10” 172 lbs; a medium is a great fit. Slim fitting so they’re not baggy but also not too tight. I have not worn them on the slopes yet, but I anticipate them being very warm. I’ve traditionally purchased uninsulated pants and layered up... with the insulation in these, I think I can get away with little to no layering.
