When school's been cancelled, fresh flakes are starting to pile up, and he's getting antsy to get out and play in it, slip him into the Columbia Snowslope II Bib Pant. The bib design with adjustable elastic straps works with the Hydra Cloth 3000 waterproof fabric to ensure that he'll be dry and snow-free.
You also won't need to worry about him getting cold after making snow forts for several hours with the 60g of Microtemp insulation. In addition to snow protection, Columbia equips the bib with their Outgrown grow system that allows for extra length to be added to the bibs as he grows so new snow pants don't have to be purchased every winter. The internal leg gaiter protects his feet and ankles from the snow while he's running around the yard, and along with a reinforced cuff guard, make the bib a long-lasting, winter staple for snow days.

Perfect for winter
I'm pleased with the purchase. These pants are perfect for playing in the snow. They protect against moisture and keep you warm in cold weather. I am happy that they have suspenders and the back is protected. This is my second purchase. I wish the adult pants had suspenders too. Highly recommend.

My kids love these!
My kids prefer these over other brands. They are comfortable, warm and easy to move around in. They are sturdy also, perfect for hand me downs! Definitely worth the purchase!

Not the quality I’m used to
I’ve always bought my kids Columbia snow pants and jackets. This will be the last time for me. The snow pants are coming apart at the bottom, and the jacket is ripping apart on both sleeves. It’s disappointing because my son’s last Columbia set lasted him 2 winters and would’ve lasted another if he didn’t outgrow it.

Tight
My son is a size 10- 10/12 so based off of the size chart, I bought him a medium. They JUST fit his torso (length wise) with zero room to grow (straps fully loosened). They also would not even zip! I thought no big deal, wrong sizing. So I exchanged them for the next size up (a large). Height wise, there was plenty of space for him to grow into however, they still would barely zip up. My son had to suck in his belly in order for them to zip (even with the outgrown piece undone). Will be returning and shopping elsewhere. Apparently the makers of these snow bibs think that the only way children grow is in length and every child is skin and bones.

Low quality
I always buy my 3 kids Columbia snow pants. This year they didn’t have my sons size in the adventure ride, so I purchased these. The knees aren’t reinforced and the fabric seems so incredibly thin, I’m expecting them to rip on the first day of use... I’ll honestly be surprised if they don’t. We’ve purchased cheap no name brand snow pants as back up that were of much higher quality in the past. I’m rarely disappointed in Columbia products (with the exception of sizing, that can be all over the place) but these really fell short. If I saw them in person there is no way I’d pay what they’re asking.

They work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to fit my son next year but they fit me this year. I wore them sledding on a wet muddy day and stayed totally dry and too warm. They dried fast and most of the mud just fell off!
