First experience in the snow never felt so warm.

Your little girl just learned how to walk and you're eager to throw her on a pair skis as soon as possible, but you might want to find out how she copes in the snow first. So strap her up in the Columbia Toddler Girls' Snowslope II Bib Pant so she can experience the beauties of winter without getting cold and wet. Its Omni-Shield fabric repels water and dries quickly so your little princess will stay dry from her first step in the snow until her final ski flop of the day. Slimtech insulation warms her all day long without feeling overly bulky. Columbia integrated its Outgrown system that allows you to extend the pant legs another inch and a half when your little lady starts to grow.

Decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits true to size. Wished they had the reinforced knees and butt like the last pair I purchased. Hopefully will be waterproof enough for the little.

Super thing and light weight - not made for snow or slope play!

They arrived today. Sizing is on point, but being the most expensive toddler bib online, you would expect it to be made for durability and warm. Instead, it is a thin material, barely has any insulation and lacks any reinforcement at the knees or cuff/heel. In the northeast, they would not last playing in the backyard in a snow let alone on a sled at the park or slope. Maybe good for a quick walk but that is about it. Returning them for the Columbia Double Flake that offers more than double the insulation, reinforced knees/cuff and a jacket (nice to have backup). Definitely not made for active kids in the northeast.

Run very small, quite thin

These are very barely thicker than rain pants. We didn’t get a chance to try them out to see if they’re secretly warm anyway, but I wouldn’t have been willing to test them at this price point even if they did fit. My son just turned 4, 42”tall, and just moved into 4T clothing but these are more than an inch above the ground even barefoot. No way they would stay over boots as he moved and played. I was shocked as his 3T Cat&Jack snowpants are longer. There was still an inch or so to adjust the straps but that wouldn’t have changed the inseam length. So bummed that we waited a week or so for these to even ship and another week to arrive. For what it’s worth, they do seem like they’d actually be waterproof (again, didn’t test them.)

Great snow pants for a growing toddler!

The thin insulation allows for lots of movement and play but still keeps her warm and dry. I’m also grateful that there’s so many options to keep it well fitted while she grows into it and to expand the legs and straps to ensure we can use them as long as possible.

Granddaughters snow bib pants

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bibs are very nice and will keep the snow from her chest and waist area. They will also add warmth as another layer of clothing above her waist. They are adjustable at the shoulders. The bibs fit her now (May, 2020) and should be perfect for Christmas 2020.

Not suitable material

My son has wore these 5 times and I have washed them twice per the instructions. He tripped and fell and the knee ripped in 4 places on the right leg. On the left leg, the stitching is coming out above the knee. I would expect that the fabric on the pair of 50 dollar toddler snowbibs could hold up to a toddler falling down, especially having only been worn a few times and in practically new condition. I understand wear and tear, but the stitching and fabric should hold up for at least a season while doing active outdoor activities. I sent these back to for the lifetime warranty only to have them sent back to me as not a problem with materials. Do not purchase these if you expect them to hold up to regular children use. I won't be purchasing any other Columbia products for my family since the warranty means nothing.

Great product to keep toddlers warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bib is great for my two year old. It runs a little big, but I don't mind, might get another season out of it. It's very comfy and easy to put on (very good when you have to deal with a squirmy toddler). The bib kept him warm and dry, so I'll get it in a bigger size as well for when he will outgrow.

All the warmth without the bulk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered these bibs for my 3 year old son and was surprised at how light weight they were when we received them. I was a bit skeptical how warm they would be as they are not like the typical bulky bibs I am used to. However, they keep my son super warm and dry without all the bulk. I will be purchasing more of these in the future!

Great for snow days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toddler runs a little small so these pants are big on him, but I expected that and he’ll be able to wear them for a while. They’re warm and waterproof, win win!
