Not sure about being waterproof
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a supportive and waterproof walking shoe. So far these have been very supportive and comfortable.

Uncomfortable shoes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought them to replace my old Crestwood that I love very much. However, they were not as comfortable. It felt tight around my toes. It’s too bad that I had to return them.

love!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were true to size, comfortable, and I didn’t have to break them in. Not sure how waterproof they are yet, but went through some patches of marsh and felt like they would hold up. The color was different than shown (lighter, more tan/olive?) but I actually preferred it over the brown shade I was expecting l.

Women's Redmond Hiking Shoe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the grey steel color and the fit. I haven't tried them out on the trails yet, but they seem to be comfortable walking around at home.

VERY Comfortable!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 3 pairs, one for me and one for each of my daughters. These are true to size, maybe even a little on the wide side, which is great for me because I have naturally wide feet. We have already completed two hikes, one was over 5 miles and the other one was over 6 miles with an elevation gain of 1400 feet and I could have kept going with each hike. These shoes are lightweight, comfortable, have great tread, and waterproof - they kept our feet dry as we traversed through streams. I have no complaints so far. I do have another hike planned that is over 9 miles and will report back with details once completed.

Columbia fits best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered these after another brand did not fit. I seem to always have a good fit with Columbia shoes. I am pretty happy with them, but have added an insert due to longstanding forefoot pain. These shoes are better than most in that regard, but not perfect. They are not very breathable, resulting in more sweating than I am used to. But compared to some more expensive brands such as Lowa, New Balance and Merrill, they are great.
