The shell is made of waterproof Hydroplus nylon, and the polyester microfleece lining is extremely warm and comfortable. Elastic cuffs at the sleeves help to prevent wind and rain running up his arms. When you send your guy out to play for the day, make sure he's got snacks and supplies loaded into the two front flap pockets.

This jacket is great and lightweight. Perfect for warm Spring rain storms. Did run a little small and had to exchange it for a larger size.
