On cold winter mornings when venturing out of the house is inevitable, slipping on the Boundary Bay Hybrid Jacket will make that first step out the door a far less daunting task. The Omni-Tech waterproof shell with sealed critical seams keeps the rain and snow at bay when braving the elements on the exposed sidewalks. If the bus is late, Thermarator insulation provides reliable warmth in chilly temps, while the drawcord and hood are easily cinched up to keep all that heat in until the bus finally arrives. For added comfort, ribbed cuffs also help keep heat from escaping for a toasty-warm winter morning.

I'm still debating whether or not I want to keep this coat. It has everything I've been looking for in a new winter coat, but the zipper is truly awful. I've only been able to zip it up successfully 2/10 times. It continues to get stuck on me when I attempt to zip it up. On most attempts, I align the top and bottom pulls and slide the zipper through, then the top zipper usually doesn't move for me or it does and then gets stuck. Just not sure it's worth dealing with every morning. Like if a new stressor is going to be added to my daily routine, not sure that it should come from a zipper. Shout to Columbia for ruining a perfectly good coat. PS- this also runs large. If you want a more fitted look, I'd size down. If you want something that looks more oversized, stick with your regular size. I initially ordered a Small and exchanged for an X-Small.
