The pretty print was actually my favorite thing about this jacket ~ it was lovely, southwestern colors, & would really brighten up a rainy day! Unfortunately, the sleeves were too long, altho they did adjust with velcro tabs, which is helpful. Breathability is achieved in part thru the mesh lining, but that also makes the jacket heavier & bulkier to pack (altho also warmer, if you're looking for that). The hood is an oval cut-out, instead of the 2-piece overlapping style of some other jackets, & it wouldn't keep your face dry in a serious downpour. It is adjustable from inside by the chin, & unlike the solid color versions of this jacket, the pulls are closed loops, so it doesn't leave a loose tail flapping near your face. (No idea why the solid color Arcadias have that, but it would be really annoying.) The hood also does not stow away in the collar as some others do. I found a better option, so this one went back.
