I bought this in three colors, and it has become a staple in my casual summer wardrobe -- super comfortable and good looking! I was a bit disappointed that the "tusk" color was not the lighter khaki-beige color pictured, but rather more like a taupe -- a warmer version of the city gray, but still a useful color.

I love skorts for hot summer days and own many from different brands. This one has quickly moved up as a favorite in my rotation. Love the higher, wide waistband and the side ties are a cute, feminine touch. For the record, I am 5'10" and the length is perfect; so, I can see how more petite women might find the length to a little too long.

PROS: Very soft shorts material, comfortable, decent colors, fits around the waist comfortably. CONS: I'm only 5' 3" and this skort is pretty long. When tied up, it hangs off your body like a sack and is very unflattering. I bought 4 skorts with high hopes, but ending up returning them all.

This skort is comfortable except the shorts don’t have sufficient elasticity to stay in place, so rise up. The material is soft and dries quickly. It is flattering and washes well. Aside from the issue with the shorts, the biggest drawback is the pockets are not quite large enough to accommodate a cell phone. I am able to fit mine in the left pocket, but it doesn’t feel like it is totally safely secured.

No mess, no wrinkles. Looks just as great now as it did when I bought it 3-4 years ago. Looks good on and most amazingly has pockets that actually hold things. Love it!!!

This skort is perfect. Love the color, pockets and the side ties for added cuteness. Super comfy and cool when wearing it outside. Can dress it up for work at a ski resort or dress it down for hiking. Perfect for all occasions. Highly recommend. Wish it came in more colors.

I live in this thing on the weekends. I actually have two of these, one with the side ruching and one without, and I love them both. So comfortable, perfect for lounging around on the deck or at the campsite, and can even be dressed up with a nicer top and sandals. I have both skorts in medium and for some reason this one fits a bit smaller than the other one.

This skort fits great; true to size! It is very comfortable and doesn’t fit too short. Because of the elastic waistband, it doesn’t get loose around the waist. The built-in shorts are great for moments when you want to hop on a bike. This skort has you covered for any spur of the moment adventures! The sides can be cinched if you want to show a little more leg. Great skort!!

Love this skirt/skort. Fit is perfect and is great for hiking or just hanging out. My only complaint is the color is darker than what you see online but even with it being darker I still really love it.

I am in love with this skort! So comfy and flattering! I had purchased one in black in a store, elsewhere, and loved it so much I had to have more! I was searching online for a gray or khaki color, like what had been in the store. I stumbled across this lovely periwinkle blue at backcountry and was soo happy they had it in my size! I am 5'4, 120#, athletic build and size S fits perfectly. Love it for being out and about or for a special casual event. An elevated, warm weather look from shorts w/o looking fussy. Plus shows off the gams ;)

This skort is very comfortable with a stretchy waist and no buttons or zippers to bind. The two front pockets could be a little deeper, but they are still functional. I don't like the drawstrings on the side so I just pull them out as far as I can, cut them off, and the skirt hangs perfectly. They are versatile to wear for kayaking, hiking, and tennis, as well as to casual summer parties or meeting friends for lunch. I love them so much I now have four. Wish they made more colors!
