The Neo Megafloat is Chums' highest-rated floating sunglass retainer, and the lock-stiched ends can slide all the way up most temples.

They do what they are supposed to

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

They keep your sunglasses on your head or around your neck. And if you find yourself in a real turbulent situation they will keep them afloat until you can put them back in place.

    Floating Chums

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

They are a little bulky, but that is what will make them float. Use with a baseball cap no problem boating or SUPng with them. They'll work best with thick temple (>10-12mm width) frame glasses, not the wire like temple pieces. They possibly could have the neoprene sewed tighter to fit narrower temple frames. Didn't try with a helmet, but don't need them with normal retainers underneath a helmet.

It's almost river float season, which means its time to take out that $8 insurance policy on your nice polarized shades so they don't end up at the bottom of the river this 4th of July.

Even if these do come off your head in that exciting section of rapids, they float and their yellow color is highly visible in water.

    Keeps your sunnys a float

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

These bad boys will keep your sunnys. No longer do you have to worry about diving to the deep depths to look for your expensive shades.
