not so great

i?ve owned this bag for less than two months. both the chest straps have fallen off the bag, and i cannot figure out how to re-attach them. does not seem possible. the exterior is not durable either; the bag is already torn on the outside near the front pocket. even without these malfunctions, the overall design of the bag seems poor. while the two back pockets are convenient, putting the wrong item in them will nag at your back. it?s also very hard to use this bag to its full capacity while also utilizing functional components like the outside water bottle/ bike lock pocket. anyway. save yourself the headache, there must be a better bag out there.
