For all-mountain and trail riding, we recommend Chromag's Phase30 29in Boost Wheel. It's constructed with a toughened alloy rim and added protection for impact resistance and reduced sidewall cuts. We also appreciate that Chromag included the all-new R4 hub for quick engagement and responsiveness, not to mention reliability. Chromoly steel axles improve stiffness and longevity, and the nipple and spoke bed is oriented to the spoke direction in order to reduce weakness. This is a tough wheelset that can handle anything and everything we intend to throw at it.
